1. Sat Sep 12 Applications open The form opens at the first Generator Cafe of the semester.
2. Sun Sep 20, 11:59 PM Applications close Deliberately 11:59, not midnight.
3. Wed Sep 23 to Fri Sep 25 Conversations Thirty minutes with two of us. A conversation, not a resume read.
4. Sat Sep 26, 10 AM Working session A small group works a problem together in the Foundry.
5. Mon Sep 28 Offers Offers go out. The Founder Agreement follows.
6. Sat Oct 3 Launch Cafe Cohort 1 meets in one room for the first time.

We are not grading these. We are trying to hear you. Write the way you would say it out loud.

We are not reading your resume.

Eight weeks can produce the idea, the product, and the users. They cannot produce drive. That is the only thing we are looking for, and it is the only thing we cannot teach.

We ask a lot. We think you can do a lot.

• You can be at every Founder Session (Saturdays, 10 AM) and Venture Session (Mondays, 6:30 PM).
• You understand most of the work happens between sessions, and you are ready for that.
• If accepted, you are in for the whole program.
